You must be at least 18 years old to use Hank Social. By creating an account you attest, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are an adult.

Personal/legal names are never displayed to other members; you are identified by your handle.

All uploaded media is reviewed by staff and scanned before it can become publicly visible. Content depicting minors or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

Staff (super-admins) may access account data, media, and messages as necessary to operate the platform and enforce these terms. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
